The adjectives that best describe me are passionate, analytical and driven. My scientific focus has developed towards methodology and statistics rather than a specific field. This has taught me to ask the questions needed to rapidly understand new areas and provide the advice necessary to move forward. Due to my broad experience as a scientist, project manager and teacher, I have the ability to think outside of the ‘average scientific box’ and find pragmatic solutions. I work well independently or in a team, in an organised and structured manner, whilst knowing my limitations and enabling an environment where others can learn and thrive.
